• The response to tiotropium bromide and olodaterol, alone or in combination at isoeffective concentrations, was assessed at sub-maximal tone (70% maximal contraction, EC70) induced by carbachol. The duration of action (20% maximal relaxation, EC20) was studied in tissue contracted with 10 Hz electrical field stimulation (EFS).
