• “So That It Does not Hurt” by Marcel Łoziński is a much written about classic documentary. The film, analysed in anthropological context, appears incredibly pertinent, as it condenses the fundamental problems of the field of cultural and social anthropology. Teleżyńska’s article suggests a gaze towards the direction defined by Urszula – the main character of the film, who becomes the symbol of the anthropological informer. Her mediation enables one to touch the most basic problems of anthropology in a novel way.
