Mainly in two aspects: one reflected in the increasingly high demand for accuracy of the electricity metering equipments, on the other hand the performance of the test items become more and the entire testing process becomes more complex. At the same time, the functionality, performance, test speed and test accuracy of the traditional metering equipments can not meet the test process which is being more and more complicate. In this paper we will present the design process of a high precision three-phase power signal generator which used on testing the electrical measuring instruments.
