In 2003, Ordinary high school language curriculum standard endowed oral communication, reading and writing equal status. However, in ordinary high school, there exits quite a few problems in the developing of interpersonal skills, because the enrollment rate is paid more attention to. The writer of this essay surveyed the present situation of interpersonal skills in her own high school, according to the situation, looking for improvements in oral communication teaching method.
