Now the biological phosphorus removal is put more attention to the development process, but there is not much research on the biological phosphorus removal in the condition of low-carbon source. In this paper, researches on the phosphorous accumulating organisms are done based on the understanding of the mechanism of the biological phosphorus removal. Firstly, the final sedimentation tank of Beijing Gao Beidian sewage treatment plant is sampled as the sampling spot.
