Translation from original language as provided by authorThe tumor suppressor gene also known as anti-cancer and recessive cancer gene is existed in normal cells and regulates cell growth and differentiation together with the proto-oncogene. Normally, in contrast with the proto-oncogene encodes a protein to promote cell growth, the products and loss functions of the tumor suppressor gene can inhibit cell growth and promote the transformation of tumor cells. The tumors may be the result of the activation of the oncogenes and inactivation of the tumor suppressor genes. The products of the tumor suppressor genes are mostly nuclear proteins as a transcription factor which control cell growth. Drosophila as a model organism for genetic studies defines the basic principles and concepts of eukaryotic genetics including chromosome structural basis of sex determination, gene- linkage, chromosome dynamics and behavior and so on. As the important model of study human disease pathogenesis, drosophila is mainly used for th
