• Translation from original language as provided by author Since IDGVC launched its venture capital investment in China in 1992, the PRC venture capital mechanism has been intriguing foreign venture capital. And with the enhancement of the investment environment and the government supporting measurements, venture capital from foreign investors has been increasing. There are two modes for foreign investors to participate in domestic venture capital investment: to establish offshore venture capital investment funds, and to establish onshore venture capital investment funds in the form of company, non-corporate enterprise or limited partnership. For it becomes harder and harder to adopt the first mode after certain rules and regulations are issued by SAFE and MOFCOM, foreign investors are seeking paths to directly land on China. Therefore, RMB fund is a hot topic right now. The form of a RMB fund is the first priority when considering establishing a RMB fund. The dissertation illustrated three major forms of a RMB
