  • Translation from original language as provided by authorThe main ideal of social exchange theory is that all the contacts between people require equivalent giving and returning equivalent as the foundation, and the main research is about interpersonal interaction. The focus of social exchange theory exists in the social exchange phenomenon in interpersonal relationship. This paper bases on social exchange theory to explore the relationships among perceived organizational support job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. It clarifies the mechanism of the relationships among these three constructs, and it provides some theoretical and practical foundations for helping organizations to improve employee's job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviors , and ultimately improve enterprise' performance. This paper targets at the enterprise staffs and gets 271 valid questionnaires through the questionnaire survey. After verify the reliability and validity of the measurement instrument, this
