This has become a focus in the research of management again. But when supply chain concept has appeared we have a good mind to settle the inventory issues. Firstly, this paper introduces some issues about supply chain, inventory management and the development of inventory management policy. Secondly this paper discusses exhaustively VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), JMI (Jointly Managed Inventory) and CPFR (Collaborative Planning,Forecasting and Replenishment) on the conception, the origin, the way to realize the measure, the condition and a case about each measure.
