- Translation from original language as provided by authorWith the increasing demand to surfacing welding, the automatization of surfacing welding facility becomes an urgent problem which should be resolved as soon as possible. At present, there are a few equipments to automatic surfacing welding, which effects are poor. Surfacing welding is a type of work which has great labour intensity, high energy consumption. So it has great significance to design a kind of automatic surfacing welding equipment for a great of workpieces with same specification.This thesis studies a kind of automatic valve surfacing welding control system with plasma arc welding. Its control center is programmable logic controller (PLC) and it makes the whole processing automatically. It also canautomatically weld the workpiece which is different size.
