• Translation from original language as provided by authorThe soot blowing & dust removal equipment for seamless Steel tube is a no lack process in the steel tube production; its purpose is to eliminate the iron oxide and other debris in the pipe surface that come from the process of rolling steel pipe. Domestic manufacturers do not have a fixed structure model right now; the traditional way is to use compressed air in the pipe at one end of the inner surface of a purge pipe, the collection is in the other end of steel pipe. As to the export-divergent state, and different specifications pipe length inconsistencies, not confined sealed, resulting in the iron oxide blow out emissions, have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. The collection box of iron oxide to be cleared, which need labor intensity, and the iron oxide and other debris floating will cause physical harm to the clean-up staff.
