• Enterprises face the risk that they neglect the ethical perspective in their economic actions. The approach of "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" aims to support enterprises in this regard. CSR offers opportunities (among others the profitability of CSR) but faces also some challenges (eg. the question concerning the ethical justification of CSR). As an ethical frame of reference human rights can support CSR to take advantage of the opportunities and to meet the challenges.
