at various relative humidities are investigated with the use of impedance studies and NMR spectroscopy. Modification of the membranes leads to a marked increase in ion mobility, and the maximum effect is observed under reduced humidity conditions. The conductivity of a modified membrane at a relative humidity of 10% is 1.6 × 10
