Sir, Moyamoya disease (MMD) is a chronic occlusive vascular disorder, characterized by abnormal moyamoya vessels at the base of the skull, due to the termination of the internal carotid artery (ICA). A computed tomography (CT) scan [Figure 1]a showed diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
