  • Three-dimension noncontact measurement technology of curve surfaces is applied extensively in engineering. The phase-approaching method of projected grating is one of its more hopeful branches. In this paper the research follows a clue of its three links, namely phase demodulation, phase unwrapping and system construction and calibration. In the link of phase demodulation, a non-frequency moving method and the concept of full field reference plane are proposed to avoid harmful effects of finding main-frequency and frequency-moving in frequency domain on stability and precision of phase demodulation. Meanwhile it breaks through the restriction of sampling theory to sinusoidal signal and enhances the applicability of phase demodulation algorithm. On account of the imperfect performance of the frequency domain processing phase demodulation method to deal with complex surfaces, the phase-shifting method is completed which extends the applicability range of detection technique.
