- The article introduces a new type of wireless data equipment: intelligent voice network mobile phone. It could run on the current GSM wireless telecommunication network, and it also can get the latest information from the voice wireless network through the way of ordering and downloading on the voice synthesis mobile phone platform. In addition, the article also tries to discuss about the future development and characteristics of voice wireless network. It also briefly discusses the relationship of voice technology and WAP, GPRS, SMS. In the discussion, the relation of their technology characteristic with future evolvement is emphasized. After the analysis, the conclusion is as following: intelligent voice technology will promote the development of wireless communication and corresponding application and services. Moreover, after the wide popularity of 3G technology, intelligent voice synthesis and recognition will expand the function of wireless equipment on higher level thereby fulfills the multi-need of us
