• The main agenda of this review chapter is to gauge the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the healthcare and insurance sectors. We also show how AI has disrupted technology share and see how it can help the hospitality industry solve challenges and improve customer satisfaction. A conceptual model was constructed based on AI principles. This review chapter also aims at establishing a connection between AI and the applications of the same in healthcare and insurance. The model was validated through observational quantitative analysis, taking the sample of multinational corporations and InsureTechs developing such models. This study ends with some realistic recommendations for insurance providers to consider when dealing with disgruntled customers and other operational issues.
