• The next wave of telecommunication and service provider transformations will be very different; we call it extreme transformation. Communication service providers (CSPs) have to become digital service providers (DSPs) to stay relevant. In the DSP world, customers are not just "human beings", but also billions of sensors and IoT devices that will be revolutionizing digital lifestyle with relevant content enabled by data mining, leading to decision making and entertainment.
