Die qualitative Längsschnittstudie untersucht die Entwicklung multiprofessioneller Kooperation in drei gebundenen Ganztagesschulen über zwei Jahre. In diesem Prozess sind formelle und informelle Kooperationsgefäße unabdingbar. Der Vergleich der Gruppendiskussionen zeigt, dass Aushandlungsprozesse in den Schulen stattfinden und die Zuständigkeiten im sozialen Kontext konstruiert werden. Alle Teams entwickeln eine eigene Form der multiprofessionellen Kooperation und die Ausdifferenzierung der Zuständigkeiten sowie die gemeinsame Orientierung variieren je nach Standort. Stabilität in den institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen sowie zeitliche Ressourcen können die Entwicklung multiprofessioneller Kooperation entscheidend mitbestimmen.
The qualitative longitudinal study examines the development of multi-professional collaboration in three all-day schools over a period of two years. In this process formal and informal opportunities for collaboration are indispensable. The comparison of the group discussions shows that different negotiation processes take place in the all-day schools and that responsibilities are constructed in the social context. All teams develop their own form of multiprofessional collaboration and the differentiation of responsibilities as well as the common orientation vary depending on the all-day school. Stability in the institutional framework and time resources can have a decisive influence on the development of multiprofessional collaboration.
