• Resistant starch (RS) of autoclaved and cooled amylomaize Ⅶ starch was simply estimated from direct correlation between RS and α-amylase resistant starch (A-RS) of either mixtures of Novelose 330 and Corn starch (mixture Ⅰ) or Novelose 330 and amylomaize Ⅶ starch (mixture Ⅱ). Correction factors of 1.17 and 1.14 were required for mixture Ⅰ and mixture Ⅱ, respectively, to convert the estimated RS value into AOAC RS content.
