• In this work, we examine the correspondence that Ángel Rosenblat maintains with Amado Alonso between 1930 and 1952. It is a set of letters still unpublished, which enables the identification and interpretation of the relationships that exist between biographical itineraries, processes of conformation of a scientific field and the historical context in which both take place. We understand that Rosenblat’s letters constitute a valuable documentary input for historiographic research, while at the same time they enable a reflection on the ways in which three dimensions (subjective, disciplinary and social) of different nature are connected. To do this, we first establish Rosenblat’s main biographical coordinates, we then propose a global characterization of the corpus and, finally, we seek to establish how its consideration and study can contribute to the historiography of the period. En este trabajo, examinamos la correspondencia que Ángel Rosenblat mantiene con Amado Alonso entre 1930 y 1952. Se trata de un conjunto de cartas todavía inéditas, que permite identificar e interpretar las relaciones que existen entre itinerarios biográficos, procesos de conformación de un campo científico y el contexto histórico en que ambos tienen lugar. Entendemos que las cartas de Rosenblat constituyen un valioso insumo documental para la investigación historiográfica, a la vez que habilitan con una riqueza peculiar la reflexión acerca de los modos en que se conectan tres dimensiones (subjetiva, disciplinar y social) de distinta naturaleza. Para ello, establecemos en primer lugar las principales coordenadas biográficas de Rosenblat, proponemos luego una caracterización global del corpus y, finalmente, buscamos establecer de qué modo su consideración y estudio puede contribuir a la historiografía del período.
