Beschreibungen/Notizen
In this study, water-based polyurethane adhesives (WOPU) with excellent adhesion to thermoplastic polyolefines (TPOs) were synthesized. Polyester polyol and polyolefin polyol, 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, and isophorone diamine were used. The properties of the PU dispersion were evaluated by Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry and a universal testing machine. The effects of polyolefin polyol on the properties of the PU dispersion adhesives were systematically investigated. The PU dispersion showed highest tensile strength of 278 kgf/cm
2
when the ratio of polyester polyols to polyolefin polyols was 9:1. The adhesion strength and water resistance showed the same trend.
