(x = 0.08 and 0.6) were prepared following a standard solid-state method. The crystal structure, phase transitions behaviour, thermal and dielectric properties of these ceramics were investigated. All compositions show complete perovskite solid solutions. The maximum of electric permittivity was observed at about T
m
≈ 299 and 513°C for x = 0.08 and 0.6, respectively (on cooling, at 100 kHz). The transitions temperatures observed by means of DSC measurements are in good agreement with those obtained from dielectric study.
