This paper aims at designing an Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for electric two-wheeler applications. Compatible stator and rotor geometry designs have been developed. For the selection of the required rotor geometry for user-specific applications, a novel algorithm for Multi Geometry Analysis has been developed. Validation of analyzed test cases against FEA models has been studied. Final Analysis with post-processing results has been presented as results for the developed design.
