Beschreibungen/Notizen
Semiconducting amorphous Y-Ba-Cu-O film based uncooled sensors revealed high performances in the near infrared domain, when submitted to fast incident power variations. These variations led to optical absorption, which, combined with the pyroelectric properties of the film material, induced pyroelectric currents, which were measured in detail up to 40 MHz. Noise equivalent power levels as low as 4.3\times 10^{-10}W/H\mathrm{z}^{1/2} and detectivity values larger than 10^{7}cm\cdot H\mathrm{z}^{1/2}/W were extracted at 10 MHz modulation frequency, thus paving the way to significant improvements for fast infrared imaging applications.
