• In this paper an ultra-broadband SIW diplexer operating at D-band frequencies is proposed. Designed on Astra MT77 PCB technology, it can be used as power combiner for two adjacent channels centered at 145 GHz with a total bandwidth of 22 GHz. Compared to the existing diplexers, two SIW filters, one per input, are used to reduce the insertion losses. In addition, a new way to combine the filters output is proposed, based on SIW feedlines. The diplexer archives an insertion losses of -4.2 dB and -5.9 dB for the low-band and the high-band channels, respectively. Otherwise, a good passband rejection is achieved by each channel.
