  • I.O.T. is the in-trend cutting edge technology now widely being used in every possible field. Still, the technological innovations which are required for a normal man are not in their affordable range. However, the usage of open-source technology changed this to a little extent, but the hardware gap could not be reduced. This paper aims to remotely control the doors of a locomotive body (like a car). The control of the door is pushed to a website/webserver and is controlled through any internet-enabled device. The main operation is to control the devices by turning them on or off or altering the devices' voltage through the internet, using the reverse tunnelling principle. The NGROK framework is used to do this task and ESP 8266 to connect the appliance to the internet. NGROK is the platform used to tunnel a network and processing data. It is open-source. ESP8266 is the hardware used: low cost, Integrated support for Wi-Fi network, Reduced size of the board, Low energy consumption.
