  • In this paper, a Vehicle Aware and Directing Communications Protocol (VADCP) is defined, which considers enclosed updated vehicle scenarios for generating distribution channels over vehicular surroundings. This particular objective was basically accomplished by using three components: combined vehicle details gathering, compact instant path rating, and adjustable facts path structure. A precise all-around viewpoint of the updated vehicle circumstances was gained along with assistance in understanding crossroads and fact owners on various path sections. Every single path portion was subsequently allocated a load corresponding to the general point of view of the vehicle's environment and occasionally modified to exhibit vehicle density differences. Subsequently, the path sections offering effective and trusted information channels were utilized to create a directed route with assured connections and a brief distribution lag time in reaching to the irrespective locations. Computer simulation outcomes revealed that the usage of VADCP points to elevated network efficiency in relation to the package distribution rate, end-to-end lag time, and communications operating expense.
