  • This article is to implement a robust energy management system for a solar photovoltaic (SPV) systems using a multilevel inverter (MLI). The project proposes to design and develop an eleven-level inverter and a Flywheel Energy Storage System (FESS), both of which are energy resources that can be used in a marine application. The design's major goal is to improve inverter power quality and reduce Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) in the absence of a filter. The maximum demand is then unplugged, and the AC power is converted and fed back into the drive motor system. By recovering power from the flywheel and feeding it back for continuous operation, the free energy idea of power generation is now achieved. The Fuzzy controller was used to acquire the most optimal THD outcomes. Finally, this research compares which form of controller is required to provide reliable and efficient THD results. To increase self-sufficiency and energy consumption. The controller performance, inverter output voltage, and induction motor speed control are all evaluated using simulations and experimental results. This paper is mainly focused to reduce the switches in the inverter domain and as well as switching losses. The prototype module of power 150W is generated and real time implementation.
