  • This study aims to analyze student's motivation in e-learning during Covid-19 pandemic. Students with high motivation will have easier time learning than those with lower motivation. In e-learning, students' motivation is essential as it is the key for students to understand the subject materials, but many factors may decrease students' motivation. This study tests the influence of teaching styles and academic stress on student's motivation in e-learning during Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative study on 352 college students whose data is collected through questionnaire. The CFA and multiple regression analysis results showed R Square of .382, this means both variances of teaching styles and academic stress contribute to 38.2% of total variances in students' motivation.
