• A cross-border supply chain network is a complex network system that involves many participants, spans a large geographical space, with a high degree of complexity and uncertainty. Based on the theory of supply chain management, network topology, and system engineering, this paper conducts a detailed analysis from the connotation and characteristics of cross-border supply chain network, topological structure model and logistics network structure model, reliability and influencing factors, and describes the basic characteristics of cross-border supply chain network.
