The generation of electricity by a gas turbine unit directly depends on many factors such as the cleanliness of the flow part, the purity of the gas treatment system, and the composition of the fuel gas. Currently, with stricter environmental requirements, gas turbines operate according to algorithms to reduce emissions. Such a gas turbine operation is very sensitive to changes in the chemical composition of the fuel. In this paper, the issue of the influence of the composition of the fuel gas of various gas fields on the operation of a gas turbine is considered. A mathematical model has been created to study changes in the energy characteristics of a GE 6FA gas turbine.
