• Virtualization is a technology which provides the users to access the services provided by the cloud provider. In order to avail the services from the provider, user has to sign an agreement for services leveraged to them. User looks for the requirements matching the provider's offerings. Service level agreement will be negotiated between them. In this paper trust based service level agreement(SLA) is considered for admission of the user's request. Trust is required between the user and provider. Trust enhances the security of the system. SLA violation impacts on the provider side as penalties are incurred. SLA is agreed between provider and user. The user requests are added to queue if there is any shortage of the available resources. Waiting time is considered to avoid rejection of requests. SLA compliance in the system and maximize the utilization of services incurring fewer penalties for providers. The proposed approach reduces the request rejection and hence maximizing the utilization and reducing the penalty for cloud provider.
