• Following the publication of <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref1">[1] , it was pointed out that there were two errors in <xref rid="table1" ref-type="table">Table I , related to <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref2">[2] , listed as [38] in the original paper. The work represented in <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref2">[2] did not use digital predistortion and the matching network consisted of an on-chip transformer (XFMR). The corrected table is presented below as <xref rid="table1" ref-type="table">Table I .
