Through the model analysis and electric parameter analysis of the quartz crystal oscillator and the test method of the electric parameters of the quartz crystal oscillator, the measurement system is designed. The measurement system which is based on zero phase technique in a ®-network, uses the IEC444 Crystal oscillator test standard as the parameter calculation method. And a method of compensation correction is designed. The measurement range of crystal is 1-50MHz, the maximum number of measurable parameters are 10, including series and parallel resonant frequency, resonant resistance and so on. By comparing with the KH1240 tester's test results and the Error analysis of the test results, the accuracy of the testing resonance frequency is down to ±2ppm, it is proved that the system has good stability and practicability.
