Beschreibungen/Notizen
  • Signal and diagnostic properties of exercise body surface potential maps (XBSPM) has been studied with a special regard on the spatial and temporal localization of discriminative information. Furthermore, the effect of signal representation accuracy on the diagnostic performance has been assessed. Based on validated XBSPM records, it was shown that exercise induces amplitude and pattern changes both in the QRS and STT segment of the heart cycle. In single vessel disease the subgroups according to the vessel involved were classified with an average correct decision of 68% while single-, and multi-vessel groups were separable with a DP of 71%. In general DP was found to be a monotonously increasing function of the number of KL components used for signal representation.
