• The aim of the work was to develop new methods for analyzing the charts of chronaximetry, assessing their diagnostic significance in patients with manifestations of neuropathy and stage 1 diabetic foot syndrome according to Wagner classification in comparison with a group of practically healthy individuals. We have been revealed insufficient diagnostic information, when standard indicators of the chronaximetry schedules were applied. The informativeness of these same chronaximetry schedules was estimated for new indicators. The obtained results point to the high diagnostic significance of the new criteria for the quantitative evaluation of denervation processes in diabetic neuropathy.
