In this paper we present a method of simulating random electromagnetic pulse penetrating through different conducting structures. The method is based on Fourier sequence transformation. Each harmonic of the sequence penetration through the structure is described by Helmholtz equation solution. The number of the harmonics used was defined due to the suggested upper limit of the random pulse spectrum width. Using the method, we created a program calculating the shape of pulse penetrated through the material with known properties. The results are included.
