In this paper, the stability analysis of networked control systems, as important class of time delay systems is presented. The analysis method utilizes a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional to provide less conservative results with respect to the existing methods in literature. The delay dependent stability criteria based on improved version of Wirtinger inequality and reciprocally convex combination inequality are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is finally given to show the effectiveness and benefits of the proposed analysis methods compared with some recent results.
