• Resource integration is the principal source of competitiveness for the mid-small enterprises cluster and enterprises. In order to evaluate resource integration capability of mid-small enterprises cluster, the meaning of resource integration capability of mid-small enterprises cluster is presented from the two levels of strategic thinking and tactical choice in this paper, and the evaluation index system which affected the resource integration capability of mid-small enterprises cluster is studied from the breadth, depth, speed and openness. The results provide an important theoretical basis for further quantitative research.
