In neural engineering, improving neuroelectronic interfaces for enhanced spatial resolution and sensitivity remains a significant challenge. Graphene solution-gated field-effect transistors (gSGFETs) show promise for broadband recordings, capturing infralow signals alongside conventional bandwidth. Our novel 64/128-channel system, integrated with gSGFETs, supports both AC and DC recordings, facilitating flexible electrode combinations and array configurations for clinical translation. Bench tests, along with extensive in vitro and in vivo experiments, validate the system's performance, advancing knowledge in gSGFETs and neurological research. We propose integrating this system with a magnetoelectric (ME) stimulator to provide comprehensive stimulation and recording capabilities.
