  • An apparatus that uses electric power to create cloth is called a power loom. This is how yarn can be quickly turned into cloth. Using an accessible yarn system is one of the project's goals in improving textile manufacturing procedures. Problems with broken yarn are a common occurrence in traditional textile production, which can cause delays in completion and poor quality. To successfully solve these problems, the suggested approach incorporates contemporary technologies. An implanted disk follows the path of the yarn bobbin at the heart of our system. When the yarn bobbin runs, the disk spins. By doing this, production processes are continuously monitored. This method suggests creating an automated monitoring system with an Arduino microcontroller. Yarn breakage is a common problem in traditional textile production, which can cause production halts and quality problems. The suggested remedy efficiently addresses these problems by incorporating contemporary technologies. A disk is inserted along the yarn bobbin's journey at the heart of our system. The yarn bobbin runs while the disk revolves. This guarantees ongoing production process monitoring. The suggested approach makes use of an IR(senses rpm) with the help of Arduino microcontroller to create an automated monitoring.
