Fabrication of electronic devices on flexible substrates is gradually increasing due to its wide range of applications, flexibility in the substrate facilitates to use the devices in a mechanically stressed environments. In this work, flexible devices are fabricated to sense the volatile organic compound like ammonia using Titanium oxide nanoparticles \left(\mathrm{TiO}_{2}\right). \mathrm{TiO}_{2} nanoparticles are synthesized by using hydrolysis and then characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to get the material properties. Further, electrodes are deposited on the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate with a channel length of 100 μm using the lift-off method. Then, the TiO 2 is deposited using a drop casting method to sense the ammonia gas. At room temperature devices detect minimum 50 ppm and performance is stable for three months.
