Compared with traditional PI control, predictive current control for permanent magnet synchronous motor control system makes the current loop response faster and ripple smaller. However, due to the delay of digital control system, the traditional predictive current control method has the problem of current prediction error, and its control effect depends on the mathematical model of the control object, which is easy to be affected by the time-varying characteristics of system model parameters. Thus, this paper proposes a current multi-step prediction method to eliminate the calculation delay of the original current instruction lagging by one beat, which reduces the current tracking error. Meanwhile, the parameter identification strategy based on model reference adaptive system is adopted to realize the accurate identification of the inductance and flux parameters of the motor, which improves the robustness of the system.
