  • In today's environment, individuals are becoming lethargic, which leads to a decrease in physical activity. Varicose veins can also affect those who spend extended periods of time sitting or standing. This leads to an increase in tension on the leg vein, which causes an inflammation of the vascular epithelial cells known as a varicose vein. Furthermore, they develop when the vein valves in the legs become feeble, enabling the blood to flow simultaneously and resulting in pain. Being overweight, hormonal fluctuations during menstruation and pregnancy, as well as prolonged sitting or standing are a couple of the consequences of varicose vein. A novel system that analyses positional data using a variety of sensors and processes it in the microcontroller is required to alleviate the discomfort brought on by varicose veins. This paper introduces an innovative system that minimizes component usage while effectively integrating thermal and vibration therapy to alleviate pain associated with varicose veins.
