Drilling occupies a large proportion in the field of machining. When drilling with drill bit, the quality and efficiency of drilling are greatly affected by the bit wear quality. In this paper, the detection methods and problems of high speed drill are analyzed, and the detection methods are innovated. In the unmanned explosion-proof public house, this paper proposes an automatic detection technology for detecting motor current drilling, which converts the change of motor current into voltage to calculate cutting force, and adopts the modular design principle, which is of great significance for the detection of drilling.
