The development of electric vehicles (EVs) has accelerated in response to the depletion of fossil fuels and the worsening environmental crisis. Nevertheless, the widespread integration of EVs into the distribution network has presented significant challenges to the power supply within feeders area, particularly during peak periods of EV charging. As a result, it is crucial to assess the influence of EV charging on power supply and how to mitigate this impact is necessary to ensure high quality power supply and promote the development of EVs. To this end, an optimization solution based on EV aggregator is proposed considering the behavior of EV users and the role of price incentives, and the influence of EV integration on the power quality within feeders area, and the effectiveness of the proposed solution are quantified using an actual transformer station area case in the UK.
