  • The mountain drilling rig is a kind of engineering equipment suitable for pile hole construction in plateau, mountain, hilly and other terrain. Due to the very limited transportation road conditions in mountainous areas, construction equipment is basically transported by people. Therefore, it is necessary to study a modular portable drilling rig. In this paper, the three-dimensional solid model of mountain pile hole drilling rig support is established by using SolidWorks software. The finite element analysis of drilling rig support under two working conditions is carried out by using Ansys workbench software, including static analysis, modal analysis, frequency response analysis and response spectrum seismic analysis. The strength and stiffness of drilling rig support are checked to find out its weak links, and verify the safety of the rig support. The analysis shows that in the actual drilling process of the drilling rig, the maximum stress of the drilling rig support under both working conditions appears on the mast support seat connecting the mast and underframe, the maximum deformation occurs at the top of the mast, the strength and stiffness of the drilling rig support meet the needs, and the rotation of the motor and the impact generated in the drilling process will not damage the structure of the drilling rig support, The rig support structure has sufficient seismic capacity.
