  • The operation safety of high-speed trains under strong winds is a theoretical and technical problem difficult to solve in the world railway industry. It is of great scientific significance to explore and study operational safety evaluation of high-speed train under strong winds, and a methodology for evaluating the operational safety of the high-speed train exposed to strong winds based on fuzzy matter-element is proposed. In this paper, the multi-body dynamics model and wind load calculation model of high-speed train are established, and operational safety evaluation mode of high-speed train under strong winds based on fuzzy matter-element is constructed, the weight of each index is modified by entropy weight. Finally, this paper selected the multi performance indices including derailment coefficient, wheel unloading rate, wheel rail lateral force, Sperling stability index and ISO vibration evaluation standard as objectives to support the decision-making. The multi performance indices were evaluated by simulation, the applicability of the model in the operation safety evaluation of high-speed train under strong wind is verified.
