  • The use of signal switching and conversion modules can greatly improve the utilization rate of internal space such as ships and submarines. This paper proposes a design scheme of high-reliability signal switching and conversion module to realize the function of two computers sharing a set of display and control equipment. The signal switching conversion module designed in this paper integrates display control interfaces such as DVI, USB, RS232, Ethernet, etc., and has the characteristics of wide application range and high cost performance. Through the redundant combination design of power conversion unit, BMC monitoring unit, DVI switching unit, and USB switching unit, the high reliability of control and display will not be impossible due to a chip failure. The module has the prospect of being applied to high reliability requirements in aerospace, navigation, and military industries.
